Concerned about Exeter’s future and the climate emergency?
Wondering how together we can address the climate emergency and challenges such as pollution, congestion, poverty and inequality?
Then drop in to a creative conversation event to share your experiences and ideas…
We’re working with local arts organisation, Encounters, to host a series of informal, creative, and friendly community drop-in events during February and March 2020.
They’ll take place in Chrysalis – Encounter’s mobile community space – in locations across Exeter.
People living or working in Exeter – of all ages and backgrounds – are welcome.
These events will be a meaningful and imaginative opportunity to explore changes we’ll need to make and to identify everyday challenges and barriers we’ll need to overcome together.
Explore how becoming a carbon neutral city could make Exeter even better for you, your family and community.

Background
Over the past three years, we’ve been speaking and listening to the people of Exeter to understand better the challenges facing the city.
This has led to the development of 12 City Goals by which Exeter can overcome these challenges. These includeresponding to the city’s declaration of climate emergency by becoming carbon neutral by 2030.
