James Geer is the Head of Communications at Exeter City Futures, where he oversees everything from digital marketing to delivery of the organisations’ communication strategy.
James is passionate about sustainability and previously lived and worked in Beijing where he managed Media & Communications for a water conservation NGO run by the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders.
James also studied Philosophy and wrote a paper on “Consumerism as the New Moral Framework”. James is a Vegan convert (the preachy-free kind) and enjoys cooking up a tasty meatless storm in the kitchen. He is a keen cyclist and is excited to be working for an organisation helping to make Exeter more cycling friendly. He also speaks some Mandarin (or tries to!)
